I want to be able to customize my pages with the variables from a template. in the template I want to be able to set conditions for blocks of text, and pages in the room. For instance, if {{customer.industry}} == "Professional Services" I want to show the page with our products for that industry And when {{ customer.phone }} includes '+351' I want to show our Portuguese phone number, else the American number.

When creating a blank room, we can add knowledgebase items to the chat. But when creating a template this is not possible. We want to add a default set of KB items to all of our rooms, so that it already knows the basics of our services.

A huge improvement would be if the room can have data fields. like a very basic CRM system with just the core essentials. Then link these fields to a new block type (Form fields) so that people can update their own data. The usecase here would be that future improvements of heybase can use variables, conditions and triggers using these datafields.

I want to be able to create a simple form with an action button. My specific use-case is to give people an input field and a button that would post to a webserver (call me back form) I do not want to use iframes for this because it just does not look pretty. A good basic solution would be a drag and drop form builder with the basic elements and the capability to add a JavaScript function to the submit button. If this form then would be able to update variables in the room as well would be a huge improvement.

Can we have customization on font, image size, font size, colors? thanks
