Do believe that having workspaces would decrease organization issues drastically, no doubt. Having a workspace would allow us to create folders and rooms organized on those folders (that would prevent a most likely complicated system of folders/sub-folders.
Something like I've attached here might do the trick.

Advice, it might be useful to have the ability to create folders and organize rooms in a more practical way. Ex. Having the ability to sort rooms by date, last modified, etc.

Shubham Rajelli: it does not seem to be the same thing. Kanban might be good for "management" but not "archive". Being able to save rooms/links within nested folders it's like the N1 feature missing at HeyBase since the start. Please do not ignore this implementation. Any competitor with similar functionality to Heybase that has this ability will roll you over and be miles ahead in days :S
Check my attachment. Something like this would do the trick for now, being possible with a toggle to expand-collapse the Folders to view the rooms and they're stats.
Later on something more user-friendly could be put in place for someone with hundreds or thousands of links.

Shubham Rajelli: I need Folders and maybe sub folders. I already have a CRM … I use my rooms for far more than sales. I use them as a digital brochure, onboarding tool for new clients and vendors. I even set up rooms as marketing Hubs etc. Kanban boards are nice…but what I really need is a way to organize my rooms. Even having a tag system would be better than pages and pages of looking to find a particular room.
Also…one other thought …..it would be good to have a feature that would have the rooms expire after a certain date or amount of time. I wouldn’t want room (public or otherwise to be open forever) and it would help with information/room hygiene.
